End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support

The Roles

Digital61 is looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Support team member to join our small onsite support team with a Federal Government customer.

Successful applicants will have a thirst for IT and are keen to pursue certification in Microsoft 365 and Cloud technologies.  You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be a quick learner.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a full time desktop support role.

  • Deployment/setup and troubleshooting of Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).

  • Mobile Device deployment and troubleshooting.

  • Solid technical skills with client software (e.g. Windows 10, Office 2016, Outlook/Exchange, VPN and roaming profiles).

  • Experience with packaging and deploying applications via SCCM.

  • Ability to assist with system administration tasks such as backups and restores.

  • Video conference and VOIP experience desirable.

  • Must have a proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

  • Excellent customer communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to mentor, assist and guide Service Desk staff.

  • Possess excellent time management skills and be able to thrive under pressure.

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Ability to set own priorities.

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in an IT related area (e.g. networking, cyber security); or

  • Current Microsoft certifications; or

  • University Degree; or

  • Equivalent experience in an enterprise Level 2 or onsite support role.

Clearance Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen; and

  • Have an active AGSVA security clearance or at least the ability and willingness to obtain and hold one.
