SOE Engineer

About you:

The Project Services SOE Engineer role is to provide high quality development, design, implementation, and documentation of project solutions to meet the scope of client requirements. 

The Project Services SOE Engineer routinely operates in a multi-faceted customer environment, providing advice, guidance, and technical implementation capabilities across multiple projects in their area of knowledge and expertise. They have a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, accountability, ownership and unwavering customer focus. 

They will have demonstrated ability to communicate the value of Digital61 services in a way that resonates with all levels of the customer’s organisation.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Intune – device management, application management, email management

  • MECM/SCCM Infrastructure

  • Windows 10 SOE

  • Autopilot

  • SOE hardening

  • Application packaging

  • User profiles and personas

  • Application whitelisting

  • Conditional Access

Desirable Skills and Competencies specific to role

  • Effective time, workload, and priority management

  • Ability to stick to scope of engagement

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
