Exchange Engineer

The role:

This is a hands-on project delivery role, being involved in various design, build and migration activities.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant experience should include Exchange administration and migrations. Including Exchange on premises, Exchange Online and Hybrid solutions.

  • General mail infrastructure knowledge including messaging protocol fundamentals, archiving, Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security elements such as SPF/DKIM/DMARC.

  • A deep understanding of general ICT infrastructure systems integration and relevant security concepts

  • Experience in writing technical documentation including detailed design documents, build guides and standard operating procedures

  • Relevant Microsoft Certification

Desirable:

  • Demonstrated experience in use and configuration of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Security features (Defender Services, Azure AD Identity Protection, PIM etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience in implementation and administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business

  • Understanding of cloud fundamental across Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS

  • Proficient in scripting languages

  • Automation experience

As our clients are primarily government, you will need to be an Australian Citizen who either holds a security clearance or can obtain one. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
